Hi all, Social Run Group (SRG) Harrogate is a Fun, Free and Friendly 5k run from the Harrogate Branch of Up & Running held on a Monday (6pm). The route changes most weeks, so it is always ‘fresh’ and it is every evolving. The ‘trail run’ held is also a chance to try something different. Held out of harrogate a place of beauty, the run is usually slightly longer, perhaps 4-5 miles and is held perhaps every 2-3 weeks, usually on a Wednesday.
