    Hi Sue. I saw your post in the forum and wanted to let you know that I have a blog which I use as my release to help cope with my anxiety issues! It really does help whether you post it publicly or not, just Writing it down on any method really does help. I find that once I have written it down, some of the things don’t seem as bad as I thought in my head. I have written a few honest posts on my blog about my experiences and also things to help under ‘mental health’ section.
