HELP! My son is 10 months and has always been a fussy eater. Whilst he’s getting better at purees, he still wont even try healthy finger food (fruit, veg, eggs etc), he just picks it up and throws it on the floor, even when I try to put it near his mouth. The only thing he will eat are those puffs you get which coming from a health and nutrition background is driving me up the wall.

Any advice for how to get him into ‘proper’ finger food? I’m hoping it’s because he’s got a lot of molars currently coming through. I know until 12 months food is for fun but nothing seems to be slightly improving!
