STROLL – James from Be Healthy Active is arranging a STROLL meet up for mums and their babies (pooches welcome too). ONLY 10 SPACES book on via the myLifePool calendar.

James has been instructing pre and postnatal fitness sessions in North Leeds for 5 years and is looking to start fitness sessions in Harrogate in the near future too.

The stroll will provide an opportunity to meet him and to have a chat about pre and post natal exercise and get some hints and tips. You’ll also get to try some simple exercises with him. I’m sure there’ll be an opportunity for a coffee and cake after the stroll too.

When: Monday 17th June
Meet time: 11am
Finish: 11.45ish
Where: outside Indulge , then a little walk round Hooky Woods
