Setting up your Virtual ID

Once you have created your new myLifePool membership and you log into the app for the first time, you will be prompted to upload a profile picture.

This is to add your photo to your Virtual ID so you can access the discounts that require you to prove membership in person.

Your profile photo should be of just you and be easily recognisable. Think of a passport style photo but with a smile.

The process is really simple and quick.
