We are a long-established support group in Harrogate for people who suffer with chronic back pain. Our aim is to encourage people to help themselves, through activity and positive thinking, to learn new ways to cope with back pain. Our main activity is the BackCare hydrotherapy group at Lister House in Ripon. The programme is designed specially for people with spinal, joint and muscle problems and a gentle and safe exercise programme in the comfort and safety of warm water, used effectively by BackCare for over 14 years. Alternate Mondays, price 10 pounds per session (a full 45 minutes supervised exercise in the pool)
