We run a hostel on Bower Street which is a safe place for 16 residents to stay while we work together to identify goals and provide support to reach those goals. The hostel also has a dedicated area offering emergency accommodation for rough sleepers. The average occupancy for the Hostel each year is over 95% and the average length of stay is currently 80 nights. Our aim is for residents to move on to independent living which may be to one of our own move on houses or other local accommodation, which we help to organise. We continue to offer support when residents leave the hostel and to liaise with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcome.
