Our Here to HELP sessions offer a chance for a chat over a cuppa. Feel free to bring along any questions you may have about where to turn for information for community activities or support. No need to book, just turn up on the day, any time between 12pm and 2pm. Sessions are free of charge and take place on the first Wednesday of the month. Free tea, coffee and biscuits. Transport available on request.
