The Ripon & Rural Befriending Service provides company and support to local people through regular one-to-one home visits. Our volunteer befrienders offer regular one-to-one visits to clients’ homes, providing them with company and a friendly listening ear. The volunteers are matched with clients, taking into account mutual interests, so that both parties benefit from this social contact.
