Wholemeal is a non-profit charity, aiming to tackle two urgent problems in our society. By using surplus good food, generously donated by local suppliers which would otherwise be sent to landfill, it created delicious, wholesome meals. It is run by volunteers and any monies received over and above essential running costs are donated to The Real Junk Food Charity of which the café is a part.
