Our team of volunteers and staff offer counselling to help adults who are experiencing emotional distress. This can include people with low self-esteem, who lack confidence or who are struggling to manage their life experiences. As part of our Just ‘B’ emotional wellbeing and bereavement support service, the counselling sessions offered by Talking Spaces are free at the point of need and available to people who are 18 years old and over.
