Mainstay

Mainstay is a provider of mental health services, counselling, training, and support. Mainstay is a York based registered charity that was established in 1999. The organisation offers support to people who have a broad variety of mental health concerns. We provide a safe environment to access support and help to reduce isolation through a range of individual or group support packages. Our person-centred approach places the individual at the heart of their own recovery journey, which is underpinned by a service model that incorporates elements of social care, education and practical support.
