My approach to recruitment is probably a little old-fashioned in today’s society where life happens at the press of a button. From the parent’s point of view employing someone to work in your home is a very personal thing. It is one of the most important decisions you will make as that person will be a huge influence in your children’s daily life. From a nannies point of view, you need to feel comfortable with your family and to be able to bond with them. I believe the environment should be nurturing for parents, children and the nanny for the relationship to succeed.
