Sophie is experienced and passionate about healthy eating Growing up on a self-sufficient farm she really appreciates the value of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. After having her little boy she quickly realised the limit of healthy, local food available especially for children.
The company was first started when Sophie was making her own food for her little boy and decided to make my own and share with her friends. They were so popular with both mums and babies, she decided to set up Yorkshire Born, Yorkshire Fed.
