    Hi,

    I recently attended the mindfulness CBT course run by the NHS. It’s an 8 week course where you need to be able to attend day or evening depending on what suits(if suits) with your baby.

    I will try find the link to add onto here as you can go to a trial. You have to be able to commit to doing daily mindfulness exercises for up to 45mins a day, I admit since stopping I haven’t had the chance to but it was brilliant. Other people on the course suffered from anxiety & depression and they all said how much better they felt by doing the course.

    There is an app you download so you could do these from home too but it is recommended you attend the sessions to to support the practices. After each session we had a booklet to complete so I guess this was a similar way to journal.
