Hi Everyone,
I am new to mLP & whilst browsing through the groups I noticed the SRG and was interested to see if people attend a jogging/running session at all? If so please may I have some details. If not would anyone be interested in starting one?

  I did Harrogate Parkrun for the first time recently. I know there are some other mLP members who do it regularly. It’s certainly an event for all as there were runners/joggers of all speeds (or lack of). I particularly liked the clapping and supportive comments from spectators and marshalls. A great, free community event.
